Delivery Policy

MiniGameNook sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees. Everything is delivered electronically to your account.

1. What we deliver and how

  • Nook Pass — activated on your account the moment KPay confirms your payment. Your expiry date is shown in My library and on your order page.
  • Lifetime unlocks — the game is added to My library instantly and can be played from its page at any time.
  • Free games — playable straight away from the game page; no account or payment needed.
  • All games are played online in your web browser on this Site. Nothing is downloaded or shipped.
  • Every order also appears in Account → Orders and My library, and we send a confirmation email with a link to your order.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is automatic and normally happens instantly after KPay confirms your payment (usually within a few seconds) after KPay confirms your payment. In a small number of cases an order is held for a manual check (for example to prevent fraud, if a purchase limit is reached, or if a supplier code needs to be replaced). We complete these within 24 hours, usually much sooner during support hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00). If we cannot deliver, we refund you in full.

3. Gifts

Products are delivered to the purchaser's account and are for personal use.

4. Availability and regions

MiniGameNook games can be played anywhere with an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser. Prices are charged in Pakistani rupees (PKR) through KPay. We cannot guarantee that every game runs well on every device, so please try a free game first; if a game you paid for does not run on your device, contact us and we will help or refund you.

5. Problems with delivery

If you paid but your order does not show as delivered within 30 minutes, do not pay again. Contact us with your order number and KPay transaction reference and we will resolve it. See also our Refund Policy.
